We first start with initial phone consultation. During this call, we get to know your child's needs, discuss how we can help, explore options, and chat about fees.

Your satisfaction is our priority. So, after the first tutoring session, we’ll follow up with you to ensure that your child had a great first experience with their tutor. We also will reach out to every 10th session to see how the tutoring is progressing. And throughout your time with us, we encourage you to give us any feedback at any time - we love feedback! It is what allows us to have the greatest positive impact on your child.
